Solo Traveler
Excellent location to airport. I did not like having to pay $10 to park in their parking lot since I was a customer. They also booked me a smoking room. Front desk person then changed me to a non-smoking room.

When confirming our reservation, we asked for a non-smoking king bed which was available according to the Hampton Inn website. I could easily understand if that was the only room available (a double), but the Hampton Inn was advertising the same type of room online for the same price as the king room. The hotel response was such a turn off, it wasn't worth ruining a night away.
