The staff was very attentive.
I wish I had a had a firmer pillow, but I am weird.

It was a great experience, it was clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The check in and out hours were great. The guy at the front was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast.
There was supposed to be a fridge and we didn't get one.

Over all this hotel was a pleasant one to stay at. The only downside was that
the rooms don't had a fridge and microwave. Otherwise the male at the front desk was very friendly always greeting us. The females not so much. And the complimentary continental breakfast was great! The room itself was nice. Comfortable beds, small bathroom, but roomy everywhere else.

The hotel is in a great location with excellent facilities. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The common areas were well groomed and the breakfast was great.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.
Very far from where my meeting was and limited parking.

I was looking for a hotel near a meeting on Wadsworth Street. It was very far south on Wadswoth and far from I-70 and Downtown. The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was the best I have had at a budget hotel. Small pool and grounds, but the interior is light with lots of plants.

Some personnel were a bit rude to our party.

This hotel did not have my reservation on file. Persons were rude to one of the head chaperones about their payment. Hotel facilities itself was very nice and accommodating.

Excellent service, courteous staff, went out of their way.

The hotel was very clean. I can not stress enough that the service was excellent. Staff went out of their way to insure I was comfortable and provided me breakfast prior to the posted time so that I could have something eat before leaving for the airport at 6 am. They were great!
