They allowed us to check in at 7am after we had stayed up all night at the airport. They made a special trip to pick us up. Excellent service!

Very nice location with shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The staff was very considerate and went the extra mile to make our stay relaxing. Rooms very very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Convenient, good amenities for business traveler.
Televison is old and hard to view from the desk.

Rooms need upgrading of television and dresser. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Very helpful staff.

Very slow check in, very slow phone service.

Nice new hotel in a nice new area. However check in took much too long. When I called down later for a wake up call I had to let it ring at least 50 times. They needed more front desk staff in the evenings apparently.

That was the worst experience I ever had. There were ants in my room, told the front desk about it they sent someone to solve the problem it didn't work told them to give me another room they said they were booked. So had to sleep with ants biting me for a week.

The internet service which was not listed in the booking and the friendliness of the staff.
My general directions were slightly off to get top the hotel but
I made it by asking further directions from local residents.

The staff was excellent and the hotel itself was superb. I would recommend this place to anyone on Business or vacation travelers in the near future to the Washington D.C. area.

The cleanliness, definitely! You could smell that the bath had been cleaned. The room had all the amenities needed in the room.

I was all that excited about staying at a Hampton property. But, this hotel was better than some 3-31/2 star hotels. I would certainly recommend the Hampton Hotel.

Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Gym was too small and hot. Wished it were just a bit closer to IAD.

Heating unit so noisy.

Everything in this hotel is seemed very good, but we just were disappointed by the heating unit. It was very noisy. We couldn't sleep well. Terrible.
