Handicapped smoking room when we had young kids.

The overall experience was okay, except for the smoking room and the kids totally didn't like it. My husband and I had stayed in many hotel rooms in the past 10 years but were never stayed in a smoking room.

Great pool, had pack & play on hand for baby with fresh linens for it.
Was a little more expensive than I'd hoped but convenient and great pool.

Excellent location right off 84. We have two small kids so the pool was important, and it was well kept. The hotel was very clean and a very friendly staff. They loaned is a Pack & Play for my baby girl and they had fresh cover and blanket for it. Overall a very pleasant stay, very friendly staff, breakfast was your usual buffet but saved a lot of time. Wife thought hotel was excellent. read more

No hot tub/spa in swimming area.

This hotel was an excellent choice. They provided free computer and printer (and free wireless access in rooms), there was a nice pool though not hot tub/spa, the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The continental breakfast was
very good and included in the price!

Friendly/helpful staff, comfortable and clean.

This was an excellent hotel, for families and business travelers alike. The rooms were tastefully appointed with all amenities including refrigerator, microwave, cable TV and internet connection. The staff was professional and friendly. It was convenient to highways and close to restaurants, shopping malls and tourist attractions.

No hot tub in the pool area.

Fantastic quality at this price point. Indoor heated pool (could have been a bit warmer, but the kids really enjoyed it). Free buffet breakfast (one hot item available plus bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit, etc.). Granite counters in the bath room, flat panel TV with HBO in the rooms. I have found Hampton Inn's to always deliver a consistent, quality experience at the moderate price point. read more
