Location, cleanliness.
Staff was very rude, and unhelpful, had to call front desk 3x's for rollaway bed.

Overall the Hampton Galleria was very nice, the location was swell, and very clean. The room was nice and neat...nothing bad to say about the hotel in general, HOWEVER, the staff was horrible. We were lost and called the front desk, and the man who answered the phone was told us he didn't know, and put us on hold for a long time, when he came back on the line, he forgot he told us to hold. Once we checked in, we asked about a rollaway bed for our 3yr old, or for a double bed room, and again the man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. He rudely told us to 'wait' he was working w/ someone at the front desk?! We felt like we were getting 2nd class treatment...was it because we had a discounted room?! None the less, I'm normally not one to submit feedback, but the staff we encountered at the Hampton Inn was not helpful, and rude...but the hotel was nice. read more
