It was really close to the beach and the rooms were excellent.
It was in an awkward location from the highway.

Because my class was canceled, I arrived at the hotel before 10:00 am and they allowed me to check-in early and the gentleman at the desk was very courteous. It was close to the beach but not overly expensive and the rooms were very nice.

I called them 4 times for directions and was given faulty directions twice. When I got there and they sent me to another hotel (Wingate, actually better hotel), gave me the wrong directions to it! The next day, during my business meeting. I was informed I would need to leave Wingate and return to Hampton Inn, had to leave early. Just all of it very inconvenient and frustrating!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate and quite comfortable.
Limited vending and not a close proximity to dining.

Great room, great service, great area. Need to plan ahead for dining options, even the vending is very limited, no mini-bar. Close to shopping and beaches.

The location was tricky.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everyone was very accommodating.
