Hampton's offer nice, consistent quality and this one meet expectations.
The original NS room smelled very smoky, the breakfast was cold, access on/off highway poor.

Hampton Inn's provide a consistently above average quality stay and overall this one met expectations. However, when we checked in we were given a non-smoking room that we later found out had also been initially given to another family who complained about the bad smoke odor. Why they turned around almost immediately and gave us the same room I don't understand. The breakfast entree was stone cold and selection overall not very desirable. The access on/off the major road was very limited. It had to practically travel a mile through a large shopping complex to get to another road to access the main road that runs in front of the hotel. Even with these negatives, the room we finally got was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. read more
