Room was very attractive. Surprised about the king size bed and down comforter.
The bathroom door had warped and did not close properly.

It was great for what I needed, a place to stay during the scrap booking convention. Close, comfortable and affordable.

They accommodated for the problems I had with the bathroom.
The stool in the bathroom did not flush and overflowed.

The stool in the bathroom of my room did not flush and overflowed. The hotel sent someone up to mop up the floor. The stool was still not flushing correctly the next morning. When I voiced my complain upon checkout, the manager did offer me (I accepted) a certificate for a free hotel room (to be used within one year).

The room was very neat, clean, and well appointed; bathroom had amenities.

This was my best Kansas City Airport hotel. The temperature control was simple and effective. Very nicely laid-out bedroom. TV worked, alarm clock worked and the bathroom had plenty of towels and the usual amenities. I slept like a baby in preparation for my trip the next day.

The room was very comfortable and staff were super nice.
There was one spot on the bathroom ceiling that needed repair.

I would recommend this hotel. Close to the airport, good experience all around.

The desk clerk at check in was very brief.

An awesome place to crask your head during a busy week-end. Clean, convienent and a nice breakfast.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
We could not use our shower or tub because the fixtures didn't work. The floor we were on reeked of cigarette smell, which was awful.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was just an inconvenience not to be able to use our bathroom to shower or bathe when we got in late from a delayed flight. After the fixtures couldn't be fixed, we were given a key to shower in another room, which was nice but still inconvenient. Although we had a smoke free room, the cigarette smell from other rooms was unbearable. It's such a nice hotel to smell the way it did. I wonder if it would be possible to put all of the smoking rooms in one section and the non- smoking rooms away from them. read more

The room was clean and I liked having a sitting area in the room. I did slightly miss not having a closet.
The only issue was the lack of a closet (minimal issue) and some repair work not done in the bathroom (which was otherwise very nice).

I was pleased overall with my experience at this facility and enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included.
