Excellent customer service. Tried in every way to out of their way to assure a good experience.
Nothing bad to say.

When a rude scary couple in the room next to ours kept us from sleeping they went out of their way to help us get a refund for the night. I have a serious food allergy and one of their people heated up something I could eat for breakfast. I'm sure they couldn't do this when they are really busy but was so pleased that they did when they could!

The rooms were nice

The hotel was nice with a good view of the pool in the back.The continental breakfast was ample. The staff made sure we had what we needed. The rooms had refrigerators and microwaves which was very nice.

TV and the comfort of the beds.
Liked everything.

Beautiful room, friendly staff would recommend to anyone. Didn't give us any trouble about checking in around 9:00 p.m. Kids loved getting their cereal and muffins and eating in the room. As always they loved the swimming pool.

Convenient location, free wi-fi, clean, friendly staff, included breakfast.
Our room was pretty small.

We were very pleased with our stay. We've stayed at Hampton Inns before and have never been disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, it was conveniently located, and the free breakfast was a real plus.

The price at the pepsi machine. Way to high!

I paid 130 for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay.

Radio didn't work. Toilet was leaky. Neither affected our stay.
