The check in staff and security staff were awesome.
We had no bathroom light in the middle of the night.

The check out person was curt and unfriendly. I told him that we had no light in the bathroom and he stated we should have called them. I told them we didn't want people in our room in the middle of the night and he shrugged. Not someone I care to deal with again.
