No problems.

This was a very nice place to stay. We do not use a lot of hotel amenities when we travel, so it was perfect for us.

Location to shopping the loop was excellent. Could shop and drop off our bags at hotel, then shop some more.
Room was rather dark.

Was within walking distance of shopping and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety. Cab ride to North Michigan was very reasonable.

Great downtown location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Limited lobby/breakfast space, cramped elevators.

We stayed here while seeing a show at the attached La Salle Bank Theatre. Fantastic location, just off State Street and a short walk from Macys. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel is sparkling clean. Before arrival I was concerned about the size and darkness of the rooms, but was pleasantly surprised with the large windows and comfort of our room. We would definitely stay here again. read more
