No street noise but the hallways were noisy and there was some kind of inside door that was repeatedly slammed disturbing me.

The manager and staff were very helpful, friendly, etc. Manager went above and beyond.

Location in NYC was great, convenient to many sightseeing places, theatre shows, subway, etc. We were very happy with our stay there. We were easily able to walk to many places we planned to go. We would definitely stay there again.

We really liked the Hampton Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was much bigger than the typical NYC hotel room. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean.

Very good location, comfortable, friendly staff and many things complimentary (coffee room, internet access, very good breakfast). Room was very clean and comfortable, excellent linens. My wife and I definitely would come back and recommend this hotel.
