Location and cleanliness.
No street noise but the hallways were noisy and there was some kind of inside door that was repeatedly slammed disturbing me.

Not big on the bathroom.

This hotel was awesome and was so easy to fall asleep and got plenty of rest.

Location, love staying there. Always stay here in the last 5 years.
The maid service was not up to par, with vacuuming the room.

Fantastic place to stay, location is excellent, always stay here when I'm in NYC, will not stay anywhere else, the breakfast is great, the rooms has queens size beds, there staff are very accommodating.
