Could not control room temperature.

The elevator was extremely slow and we could not get the
AC control to keep the room comfortable. This affected our ability to sleep and ruined our stay. We were there to attend a funeral and this affected the next days activities.

Fantastic water pressure and hot water in shower.
Bed was hard as a rock and pillow was like sand.

The hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in room, excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. However, because of the very uncomfortable bed (like sleeping on a rock), I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. One side of the hotel also fronts one of the main roads running through town, so there was constant traffic all night outside our room. read more

We had to leave.

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would go back.

The best hotel in the area between Wilmington OH in the North on US 68 and down to Maysville. Rooms have great accommodations and the beds and pillows are excellent.

The hotel was clean and very family friendly.

The hotel was a clean and
friendly place to stay. We did arrive somewhat late and had difficulty getting into the building to check in. The front door was locked and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone or arrive at the front desk to let us in. This was not a pleasant experience.

Room smelled fresh!
Nothing. It was perfect.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at for the price. Everything was so clean. We ended up getting sick on our trip, and this was definitely the next best place to be after home. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a second night and had to move down the road to the Best Western. After staying at the Hampton, we felt like we were in one of those dingy hotels you see in horror films. We will definitely stay in the Hampton again! read more
