Friendliness of personal, cleanliness o& updated furnishings.
The elevator was not working after we came back from dinner and we were on the top floor.

We needed a place to stay overnight so our adult daughter could catch a flight the next day. The studio with a king size bed was a good idea. She did say the studio bed was uncomfortable and she had no privacy. We like that everything was clean, the bed looked inviting and it was comfortable. The breakfast room was arranged so it was not congested. The food was good. We liked it here. After we were there I realized I had stayed there before and liked it. read more

I was put in a smoking room.

I was traveling with my mother and received a room with one bed instead of 2. When I called they said no other rooms were available. The Internet worked great and the breakfast buffet was well maintained and presented.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere, convenient location for my purposes which was to be near airport and several stores.
Was not anything I particularly disliked.

Good place to stay if you need to be close to airport, Mall of America and other shopping destinations in that area. Quiet, clean and friendly or efficient staff.
