Clean and comfortable room, brought me a refrigerator to store maids, very helpful.

The staff was friendly and accommodated my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle got me to the airport on time for an early morning flight. You can't ask for more than that!

The room was spacious and comfortable, cant complain about the room.
Lack of a restaurant.

For the purpose of an overnight, the room is nice, talked with others in lobby and most of us were content with our stay.

Clean rooms and wonderful, comfortable beds!
Front desk staff competent but not particularly friendly.

This hotel is convenient to JFK Airport. We had to dine next door at the Holiday Inn which seemed a bit strange. No restaurants nearby to walk to. Found the rooms to be very clean and the beds super comfortable. Had a great rest before our flight the following day.

The mistakes made by the front desk staff.

The location, size of room and cleanliness were very good. The beds and linens were comfortable. When we checked in, we went to our room and opened the door and were shocked to find the room occupied and the guests asleep in bed. When we go all the way back upstairs (11 floors), exhausted from travel and late hour, the room key didn't work. Back down we went and on our third try were finally able to get into our room! read more

Nice clean hotel close to airport.

We were happy with our stay at Hampton Inn. Clean good sized room with complimentary continental breakfast. Attached to Holiday Inn next door which has a restaurant. Very close to airport and has free shuttle service. We would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed how clean the entire facility was.
The restaurant didn't have a large selection to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was overall a great experience. My wife and I truly enjoyed our short stay and we are playing another stay only longer.

Quiet, beds very comfortable, shuttle service to and from airport was great.
Restaurant was shared with Holiday Inn and the food was not good all though pricey.

The service was very good, polite, and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Shuttle service was on time. The only negative thing is that the restaurant shared with Holiday Inn had food that was to pricey and not very good. Waiters were very polite and service was good. The Hampton's complimentary breakfast could have been a little better as well.
