Staff very accomodating - friendly.

Staff were very friendly. The manager - Kenneth (I think) was great. He seemed to be there all the time, with hands on and interaction with the guests.

Very conveniently located, clean and comfortable, affordable.
Complimentary breakfast had more meager offerings than most other hotels where we've stayed.

Clean and no funky smells! Adequate a.m. complementary breakfast, and 24-hr. coffee in lobby. Efficient front desk, WiFi worked well, free parking, decent sized-bathroom, very comfortable beds...even the sofabed was decent. Excellent location.

Great room and facilities/breakfast for the money.
Water leak between bed and bathroom wall.

Easy access to highways and local towns. My kids loved the pool and exercise room. Great breakfast. We felt we really got out money's worth.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The batteries were dead in the TV remote.

Check in and out were efficient. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Batteries for remote were dead, outlet next to mirror did not work correctly, shower head provided lots of pressure, but the different settings did not work. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay again.

We loved the Hampton Inn/ Plymouth Meeting, PA! Beds, pillows, accomodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very much appreciated; therefore the price was very reasonable. We'll stay in another Hampton Inn in the future.

The clean room and comfort of the room.
The huge party in the lobby which made it loud and uncomfortable.

The hotel was great for the price of the room. They had a huge party in a conference room which overflowed into the lobby and made it difficult to get around. Other than that the staff was great and everything was nice.
