Breakfast, location, and the price.
Worn, stained carpet in room, and there was too many smoking rooms.

This hotel is a good value at the Priceline rate. The rooms fall short of what I have experienced at newer Hampton Inns. The location is good and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The first room I was given had an old smoke smell. The reception staff gladly changed me to a new room.

As usual, Hampton delivered a safe, warm, night's stay and delicious breakfast for a reasonable charge.
Liked everything.

Friendly staff. Clean. Room was comfortable, slept well on the luxurious bed. Breakfast had much to choose from and was delicious.

Location to areas where we had plans.
Driveway entrance a bit congested.

We liked it. Didn't realize it was same hotel we stayed at years before. Nice and relaxing for our purposes. Were initially given King smoking room, but that was rectified immediatey -- though we ended up with double beds. Would have preferred a King bed.

The staff was excellent.
Room was kind of small. I wish they had an indoor pool.

I, my children, mother and sister had a nice time. The walls were kind of thin, but definitely a hotel that we would stay in again.

The room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was very good.
There is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I stayed at the Hampton Crabtree in Raleigh for two nights. My room was very good and everything worked as it should have. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There is nothing about this hotel that is unsatisfactory. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I give them an A+!
