Everything seemed very clean; breakfast was good.
Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good, with some nice, hot choices. Very good for business travelers.

Easy location to downtown Raleigh, but very quiet location. New hotel.
Air conditioning units in rooms are loud.
Very clean and nice rooms and bathrooms. The hotel was quiet and away from traffic. Good continental breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Location was very convenient. Always love free wireless internet!
Needed more sink space, and the air conditioner seemed to work the same on every setting (no way to make it colder).
Clean, family friendly, and excellent service. This hotel is recommended for those who want comfort on the road at a fair price.

The bathroom is great - spacious, but as a senior the sink is a little high.
No refrigerator in the guest room.
Nice hotel for price.

This hotel was fantastic! It's directly across from the Marriott hotel which we also stayed in and is just a very short drive from downtown Raleigh. The overall experience with this hotel was excellent, probably one of the best in the area. I would also recommend there but the Hampton was still excellent.

Professionalism of the check-in clerk.
Noisy neighbors across the hall. Recommend posting Quiet Please signs in the halls.
Parents with small children should be booked in separate area/floors of the hotel. My visit was a business trip. When I arrived to this hotel, all I wanted to do was to rest in peace and quiet. But, I had to listen to noisy children across the hall, which made it difficult to relax. I stated to the check in clerk my visit was business, therefore I should of been given a quit area of the hotel away from a family with children on vacation. read more

Extremely comfortable beds and really clean room.
This room was amazing. We stay in Raleigh once or twice a month for concerts and we've slept at a few different hotels, but this one by far is the best. The king size bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The other nice parts to this hotel is that it was right down the street from the concert grounds and it was also located down the street from some good restaurants. read more

The fitness center had good equipment and water bottles in a refrigerator. Also, our beds had really nice duvet comforters.
The hot breakfast consisted of frozen egg items to be microwaved. Long line for only one microwave.
We would stay at this hotel again.

So peacefully quiet, despite being full of soccer-playing kids, and the staff was great!
We would've preferred a non-smoking room with 2 doubles, but could only get smoking.
Traveling with a friend, I took her advice and booked a room for us at the Hampton Inn, and at no time did I regret my decision. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Both beds were amazingly comfortable, I've never slept so well in a hotel before! We were both also very surprised at how blissfully quiet the hotel was despite being full of teenage soccer players. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, quiet room with a wonderfully comfortable bed! read more
