The beds were excellent for the price level. Very friendly staff.
Dislikes were not applicable. Very happy with our stay.

This was an exceptional bargain through Priceline. The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent value for the price.

Purchased the room through Priceline negotiator. I was very pleased with the overall value and positive experience. At the regular room rate, it would still be a decent value but I may have shopped a bit more.

Great staff, tastefully furnished rooms.
Pool was closed for 2 days for maint.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Rancho Cordova many times, and have rarely had issues with the hotel. Friendly staff and great accommodations.

It was right next to the freeway, yet it was very quiet.
The swimming pool and spa room had a strong chlorine smell.

The carpets should be cleaned not just vacuumed and bath room floor washed.

Overall cleanliness and upkeep was good. My room needed too have the carpet cleaned not just vacuumed and the bath floor should be washed. It looked clean but with wet feet I left a mud foot print trail on the floor.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Situated in a nice and quiet area. Close to freeway. Staff was very friendly and the room was fairly clean.

The queen beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The TV was not in great working condition. It had too many lines on it.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. When I saw the beds, it was above my expectations.
