Staff was very friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate.
Bath tub had black stain (looked dirty)

This room is perfect for people traveling with older kids. All rooms overlook the dining area, so the kids could sit and talk in the dining area. Free wifi was wonderful. We were able to check e-mail without difficulty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and nice, the hotel has a great location and the food in the morning was very good.
We stayed 2 days and after housekeeping had already serviced our room and a housekeeper opened our door without knocking and waiting for us to open.

We enjoyed our stay and would really have enjoyed ourselves more if the housekeeping after servicing our room on the second day of our stay, had not opened our door and walked in without knocking while my husband and I were asleep.

Room not ready upon check-in. Pillows in a mound on bed without pillowcases. Housekeeping showed up two hours later. Offered two free movies for the inconvenience.

They did not change the sheets daily.

The overall experience with the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean with a variety of entertainment opportunities, including free internet access if you have your own computer. The beds were very comfortable. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out Monday morning. My only complaint was that the sheets were not changed Sunday morning, when my kids had an accident the night before. read more
