It was a pleasant place to stay. we were part of the national senior games being held in san francisco I played[golf]at harding park[this years site of the presidents cup]. It was convenient location. It was great all the way around.

The helpfulness and the smiles of
all of the staff at the hotel was a joy for me.

The reception at the hotel was friendly from the minute I checked in until I checked out. The area for the breakfast was just beautiful, as was the lobby. The room was spacious and very clean perfect for my purposes. The room was very quiet which was surprising for the area (SF). I would recommend it to everyone coming to SF.

The hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good for what it was---free. It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean, convenient to attractions and the staff was very friendly.
Rooms were very small.

This hotel was very nice overall. The staff was helpful and friendly and there was a nice continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

I liked the clean room and comfortable beds.
They are the rudest! People I've dealt with in years.

I like the hotel and the room cleanliness. The counter staff needs some serious customer service training as they were all rude and unfriendly. At time of check in I was trying to get info regarding parking and the girl at the counter told me to shut up and wait till she told me about my check in first! When I tried to ask who her manager was, the manager right beside her said nothing but do I want the room or not! I had no choice but to stay there but I will try not to ever stay there again. read more

Excellent bedding, beds and pillows.
Too much chlorine smell coming from the pool.

Served my purposes (surgery at Seton Memorial the next day) perfectly. Close, clean, well appointed.
