We really liked the location of this hotel and It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

We found the staff to be sufficiently courteous and the room was very pleasant & clean.

The hotel did not have any television movie preview channels.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking.

I went up to Albany for the night to see a lacrosse game at UAlbany. The hotel room was very clean and upscale. Flat screen TV, really nice vanity in the bathroom, comfortable bed etc. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with directions around the town. The continental breakfast was great. There were tons of choices and they staff kept everything filled and they did not run out of things. My overall experience there was great! read more

I was being charged for parking. Parking was limited off hotel grounds.

I really enjoyed the space and comfort of the room. Every employee I came into contact with greeted me. I have already suggested to some of my business colleagues that this was the way to go. Thanks for everything!

new bathroom.
False fire alarm, evacuation with no guidance from employees.

It's an
ok place to stay. Pretty good value for the price. Parking costs about $13, and late at night, you have to drive around a quiet creep block to access the parking lot. But at least you can enter the hotel directly from the lot and it's well lit. The most important thing to me is a new clean bathroom, which is why I'm a repeat visitor here.
