Efficiency and friendliness of the staff.
View out of my window was another building and an alley.

As I business travel, I appreciated the convenience of the location and quality of the hotel. I feel it was excellent value for the cost of lodging. Valet parking was rather expensive, but it was an urban location.

Can't think of anything. It was a great experience.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff really were very helpful and friendly. As somebody who spends a lot of my time on the road with my job, this particular hotel was a treat.

Great location with a wonderful free breakfast.
We ended up being placed in a smoking room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Hampton Inn located in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. It is a beautiful old hotel. Very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative we had was that when we checked in they only had smoking rooms available. They gave us some air freshener to help with the smell.

The breakfast was outrageous!
The pool had no towels in it. The gym was not accessible during operating hours. The windows were unattractive.
