It is clean and has very helpful staff.
Could not turn off the room ventilation system.

The area was undergoing road and utility upgrades, but that did not take away from the convenience of the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The quality and comfort of the rooms was better than expected for a 2.5 star.
The computers were down during our visit and we were put in a smoking room b/c the hotel was full.

The people were nice and the rooms were beautiful. The location was wonderful, it was less then a mile from my destination.

Unable to accommodate us with another room.

Hotel was really nice and clean. Pool area is well taken care of as well. We did have one major issue though. There was a wedding party above our room that flooded their bathroom. This lead to our ceiling leaking water and dripping into our room in a couple places. The hotel was unable to move us to another room because they were full and offered to book us a room at another hotel but not their. read more

Great downtown location, attached parking garage, free breakfast.
Just 2 slow elevators serving the entire hotel.

Pleasant staff. Decent room size and decor (too bad our room looked directly at boarded up windows on a vacant building next door, and ample bath toiletries. Ample free breakfast buffet.

The parking was terrible.

Wish this hotel would not be a part of Priceline at this time since you do not have a choice on hotels. There was construction and was
very difficult to find where the parking ramp was. When they are during construction on the roads surrounding them, then they should not be a part of this program. If this was my first time using Priceline I would have probably never used it again. read more
