The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast muffins should be fresh, not packaged.

The hotel was centrally located in Mystic. It was clean and comfortable with good cable TV and a heated indoor pool. When the pool ran out of towels, a housekeeping staff member personally delivered freshly washed towels to all of us at poolside. The breakfast was very nice with eggs, cereal, hot chocolate and delicious biscuits. The business center had a computer, Internet and printer which were very convenient. The staff provided directions, advice and maps. Parking was easily accessible. I would definitely return to this hotel. read more

Walls are a bit thin and eggs could have been better

I had a wonderful time at the Hampton Inn in Mystic. I met up with a college friend to visit and explore the area. We were very pleasantly surprised at the modern, fresh appearance of the entire establishment. Special bonuses included the comfortable beds and soft linens, soft towels, not the usual rough hotel towels I have used elsewhere, and complimentary sugar-free mints in the lobby. Everything was VERY CLEAN. What a pleasant stay we had, and I felt comfortable putting my bare foot down on the carpet and tile. read more
