I called the hotel they assured me that there would be 2 beds or at least a couch it was very uncomfortable sleeping with my mother in-law.

There was only outdoor pool and the accommodations were very poor.

This hotel is the best experience anyone could have on any type of visit.
There is nothing at all I did not like about this hotel.

The friendliest most helpful staff I have ever run across. The hotel, although under some remodeling is immaculate. The comfort and sleep ability of the room far exceeds expectations. The continental breakfast is outstanding.

They upgraded me to a suite.

Overall a quality stay. I left a couple of items and was able to get them 2 days later. Very nice staff. Loved the one bedroom suite that they upgraded me to.

The breakfast was much above average in taste.

Staff was friendly and helpful both in check in and check out. The air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently at 65 degrees. Room was very clean and inviting.

Friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful.
Wish the room had two queen sized beds instead of double beds.

We arrived late, after 11 pm, to the hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to quickly assist and accommodate our tired weary party.

Why this is a 2 star hotel. It is one of the nicest Hampton's I've ever stayed at. Should be more like a 3 star.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was very accomodating.
There wasn't any hot chocolate in the breakfast buffet.

My two daughters, son and his friend were stranded in Springdale in an ice storm. We were able to find a room at the Hampton Inn and they were very nice about offering us anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable since none of us were prepared to stay overnight. The beds were great, I was able to use the buisness office to print off directions for a safer trip home. All in all, a very tiring situation was made into a fun get away because of the staffs'friendliness and ability to help us out. read more

Nice large and clean room.
The breakfast was very lacking.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the suite. The room was very clean and the bedroom was dark and quiet, other than the hum of the highway traffic and the occasional late arrival. The only complaint I had was that the breakfast was lacking, but that is pretty common in these situations.

Very nice location next to the 540. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The only negative was that my wife did not like the color of the carpet. The continental breakfast was very nice, much better than a lot of hotels. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location, was pet friendly, had great beds and pillows and was very clean and comfortable.
