The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The seating area for the hotels breakfast service was very small given the number of guests at the hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was nervous about staying at a hotel with my 2 year old, but it was a very good experience.

The bathrooms were extremely clean.
Nothing.

Hotel was very clean and the employees were very accommodating to us. We had a child with special needs and they went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

I liked the coffee and I'm serious.
I didn’t like the size, the beds were stiff and the price was too high.

I would recommend this hotel if you are a business traveler with expenses paid because it is over priced for St. Louis.

Sports bar was not open.

The hotel was modern, well decorated and had spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good and the hot items varied each morning. The free parking was also a nice perk. I also appreciated the free high speed internet. As password was provided to me at check-in, but it was not pointed out that it was included in the envelope with the keys so I did not discover it until 3 days into the trip. Traveling in the midst of March Madness we were very disappointed that the sports bar next to the hotel was closed. The location of the hotel was also somewhat deceiving. While it claimed to be in Forest Park, you would have to cross the interstate to get to Forest Park so it was necessary to drive everywhere. read more

The AC was so loud that I couldn't sleep and they couldn't fix it.

They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that is not completely accurate.

No wireless internet in the rooms. No ceramic cups for coffee in the rooms - disposable only.

Excellent decor, nice beds. Lovely.

It is new, the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

It is beautiful with fun art work and signs. There is a nice exercise room. The pool is very small. The continental breakfast was wonderful with hot dishes along with the normal fare.
