Superb complimentary breakfast service. Fresh fruit at all hours. Friendly helpful service.
Fitness room was good but a bit small, only had cardio equipment. Could use a universal.

Great for the business traveler. Super free breakfast, plenty of choices including protein-type foods (eggs, meats) and fruit. 2.5-star, but had the feel of a 3-star.

The free breakfast was nice. They actually had some healthy food.
The mattress was way too soft

Usually Hampton Inns are very pleasant. However this one is in need of updating. The bed was soft and lumpy. Unfortunately for the general populace the state of Virginia still allows smoking in hotel rooms. Even though I had a non smoking room, that vile smell permeates the walls and I could smell it particularly in the bathroom. The hotel was completely full and they could not move me. Also, I had a handicapped room and it was very difficult to use the bathroom. Also there were only two elevators and one was always breaking down. With a full hotel this was difficult to deal with. I was not happy with this hotel. read more
