Refrigerator was not plugged in.

Very nice and helpful employees. Shuttle van to local restaurant was great! Overall, stay was very enjoyable.

This hotel informed me when I arrived that they did not have a room for me, that they had other guests extend their stay and were overbooked. They sent me to a Sheraton that was about 10 miles away and in a neighborhood that was not very good. This is unacceptable especially in light of the fact that they didn't have the courtesy to telephone me in advance to let me know. I was pressed for time and came close to being late for my event. In addition, I had to drive in bumper to bumper traffic for the last 20 miles of my drive only to turn around and have to head back 10 miles. I always look first for a Hampton when I travel and this was extremely disappointing, my experience overall. read more
