The Happy Day Inn offers complimentary Continental Breakfast, complimentary coffee and tea in our deluxe rooms, choice of smoking and non smoking rooms, rooms with kitchenette, rooms with handicap accessibility, free open and underground secured parking, cable TV, direct dial telephones with dataport and voicemail, independently controlled air conditioning, exercise-fitness room, sauna, in-house coin laundry, meeting room, fax and photocopying services. Small dogs allowed in smoking rooms only at a charge of 10.00 per night. Located in a quiet residential setting, close to all major attractions in Vancouver and lower mainland. Close to major routes, easy access from US Border and all regions of British Columbia, close to Metrotown Shopping Mall. Very close to the Entertainment District. read more

The room was acceptable - clean, quiet and comfortable beds, the only good thing about the hotel.
No pool (as advertised), smelly hallways, terrible breakfast (Tim Horton's donuts & muffins if not out) and unfriendly staff.

It does not have a pool as hotel advertised (having kids, that was their top priority). The breakfast was terrible (Tim Horton’s & juice - if they didn't run out) with no where to sit and smelly hallways. The only redeeming feature was that the room was okay, thankfully we only needed a place to crash and were out all day. I would not like to spend a lot of time there. read more

nothing , very low quality, I would not recommend it even to a homeless person
I was cheated in paying extra night for no apparent reason, the walls were full of graffiti, and the workers were very rude, stubborn.

Not recommendable, please take it off your list, cheap like furniture's, unpainted walls, dirty carpets, full of bugs, dirty bed covers.

Only location was good.
Strong smoking smell and dirty.

We made reservation of "best western" in Seattle was much better than "Happy Day Inn" in Vancouver for condition and value.

Reasonably Clean beds and room.
Hallways are stinky/ smoky, Blanket was not good, ground floor parking was dusty and dirty. phone conversation is not pleasant.

Overall for budget oriented persons this is not a bad place. Prices are slightly high compare to overall comfort and facilities.

Nothing, I am very unhappy.
It was gross and horrible.

The online review was deceiving, it looked modern and nice. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, and brown stuff around the fan. The sheets looked like they had been there for 20 years. The area was trashy.
