Hotel's location on Boston harbor is excellent
and views are fabulous.
Parking is exorbitant at $32/ day
and should be at reduced rates for guests. Also internet should be free for a 4 star hotel.

Great views of the airport from 14 storey. However, everything is pricey, $32/day parking and there is no other place to park close by except you can park at economy lot at Logan airport for $18/day and take airport shuttle. Also, swimming pool was closed on labor day from 8am-4 pm without prior day's notice so this was a disappointment.

Super friendly staff, comfortable beds. no economical options for dining,hot tub jets did not work and the pool could use a good cleaning- Overall a great hotel for the price we paid!!

The whole staff was very helpful.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful and answered any questions we had about visiting the city, including restaurants and transportation. Very comfortable and convenient location to everything.

Room decor was excellent.

Great hotel. We stayed here the night before an early flight and were able to get to public transportation and the airport very easily. BEAUTIFUL view of the harbor from the rooms and restaurant. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
