Harborside Hyatt Conference Center And Hotel

Great ambiance, great rooms, great view of city. Overall a nice experience.

Convenient to the airport, but restaurant food is horrible, food is extremely overpriced & service is incredibly slow. Requested a toothbrush from hotel staff after waiting 45 minutes, had to go down to lobby to retrieve it for ourselves.

Perfect for travelers who want peace and tranquility before heading out to airport. Lovely rooms, no airport noise even though you can watch the planes take off and land. Harbor view beautiful. Great front desk service. Good room service food. Excellent experience.

The room was exceptionally styled, and organized. room was clean and very quiet, my daughter loved the view of the planes taking off outside our room. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was very classy and gave us the option to eat inside or out, which was was beautiful because we sat beside the Boston harbor with a gorgeous of the city.

Staff at this hotel were not friendly. Actually a little rude to myself and my son.

This hotel is right next to Logan airport. I saw the shuttle driver go out of his way to help a hotel guest retrieve something she inadvertently left in her room. He radioed back to the front desk and the forgotten item was waiting for the passenger at the front desk when the shuttle got back to the hotel. I was impressed that the driver went out of his way for the customer and I was impressed with the team work b/w the shuttle driver and the hotel staff. read more

Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The staff was great. Our grown kids loved it. The restaurant was too expensive.

The hotel is between the water and the airport. Everything is convient. The staff was friendly and very helpful during our stay. The restaurant and bar have a nice view of the city. The wait staff were excellent also. And the food was good. I would stay and the Hyatt and not the Hilton. I stayed at both places this trip.
