Excellent for Logan Airport departures, basically an upper end business hotel and functions efficiently. Given the close proximity to one of Logan's runways the sound proofing was extraordinarly good.

Boston Hotel- restaurant staff was friendly but very unprofessional. San Juan Hotel - perfect in every way. Staff was extremely helpful with all our requests.

Location, the bed, the bathroom.
Noise from the hall.

It was perfect for our early flight the next morning. Noise from people exiting the elevator was a constant. Our view of the airport and harbor was great.
Uncovered parking as $32/night! So we returned our rental car early.

View over harbor if one has a room that side.
Alarm went off middle of night more than once and no milk for the one tea bag.

The machine by bed was complicated IPods etc and alarm went off at 4 am managed to stop it but it went off again twice on some sort of snooze system. Also Hyatt doesn’t have a free computer in hall like Hilton and I wanted to get a quick timetable which would have cost me $5.
