The rooms were very aesthetically pleasing.
The restaurant was nice, but $20 at breakfast for one person was a bit much.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

The comfort and location.
The noise level at night.

This hotel was an excellent choice based on the location and comfort of the rooms. The only complaint was the noise. Slamming doors and we could hear the people next door to us.

Very nice harbor view in Boston.
Bathtub and toilet are old and not that clean as I expected.

The room is upscale, but little bit small. The view is excellent. Lobby is small. The hotel is close to airport. Shuttle bus is coming every 15 minutes as promised.

Convenient to the airport with free shuttle.
No food available after midnight for late arrivals.

Hotel was gorgeous. Our room had remnants from previous occupant (cellophane papers) but if we hadn't found that, we would have thought it very clean. Staff was very pleasant. But the only food available when we arrived (late flight arrival) was candy and cookies in their "gift shop" which was actually a few shelves next to the front desk. A small box of cookies and two bottles of water cost $8.00. No room service after midnight. I would have expected more food accommodations from a hotel located at the airport. Also, parking costs an extra $30.00 per day. read more
