Offered fabulous upgrade when requested.
A bit dated but very comfortable.
This hotel was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and offered us an affordable upgrade to the two level honeymoon suite. They were very nice and we would have stayed another night if we did not already have rooms booked in Vancouver.

Good room and excellent location. Staff was always helpful.
Computer could not connect.
Always enjoy Victoria and this is a super location, convenient to all downtown. We were very comfortable with the hotel, but felt the restaurant could be improved although staff was able, willing and friendly.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
An older hotel but updated. Sinks in bath and in room. Nice view. Both fridge and microwave in room. Parking garage being renovated, but not too inconvenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The room was extremely small.
This hotel is in a very good location to walk to the downtown area and the wharf. Had great views from the balcony.

They responded right away when I told them my pillow was moldy.
They gave me an old room...needs updating.
Friendly but needs updating. Close to everything and they offer a free shuttle.

The view
Our room was right next to the elevator AND the room service closet. Too much noise.
We enjoyed our stay here, it has adequate accommodations (though not the niceties we were expecting for the price) and the view was great (we stayed on the 7th floor).

The fitness center had nice cardiac equipment and free weights. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff was very responsive and helpful.
The dated rooms and the constant noise of construction work going on in the garage below.
I would not have been happy if we ended up staying at this hotel for the entire duration of our stay. It was sufficient for one evening. The staff was helpful. They need to get rid of the popcorn ceilings and upgrade fixtures.
