The staff was always friendly & helpful. The monorail was very convenient.
I paid too much & wasn't given the room that I paid for.
The hotel was good. Not much for the kids to do though. The room rate is not worth it.

Food was bad.
Less than nice hotel/casino in Las Vegas. Typically very smokey in the casino and public areas. If you don't mind the smoke you will be alright. Also, I reccommend you to go out to eat.
