The room was very comfortable and relaxing.
Getting from the front desk to the rooms was a little confusing but other than that it was wonderful.
The valet parking people were very nice. And it was complimentry. Great bonus. The buffet was clean and very good food. We were not there very long due to an appointment.

Secure.
Smoke-filled, noisy.
Noisy, smoke-filled hotel. Room better than expected but air-conditioner fan made noise on low setting. Food at Cafe Nape better than expected. Parking convenient. Car not disturbed. Must have good security.

I liked the close proximity to downtown.
I hated having to walk through to casinos in my gym clothes to find the fitness center. Then being charged $10 once I got there.
Hotel staff was never to be found. The fitness center charged $10 which I thought was ridiculous to use a treadmill for 20 minutes. No snack vending machines on the premises. I won't be staying at a Harrah's again.

Rooms were clean and service very good. Parking was free.
Smoking is allowed in the lobby and casino area. We did not feel safe walking in the streets around the hotel.

Clean room.
You have to walk through the whole casino to get to the elevator.
Very clean, non-smoking room that really didn't smell like smoke. Often casino rooms always smell a little, but this was nice.

Location.
Not enough staff for the volume of people served.
I had stayed at Harrah's Reno many times in the past always with a good impression of the place. I will never go back there again because of the level of service experienced in many areas (check in, restaurant, valet service were the worst).

I like their location. It is near with another hotel & casino. Also, there are good buffet in this hotel.
