parking higher than expected. room furnishings are outdated and in need of repair. halways need painting
great value, convenient location friendly staff. all rooms have great views. forgot toothpaste and they provided. rooms need updating in terms of carpets, furniture. entry doors looked badly scuffed and could use some paint. lobby is business travel friendly and in excellent condition.

Free shuttle to downtown Waikiki, shuttle driver, courtesy and service of hotel staff.
Great view on the 21 floor, easily accomodated us to a higher floor as asked. Loved the concierge service and staff including the shuttle driver!

Location near Ala Moana Center and ocean front room.
Some staff was rude.
I usually stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village, this was my first stay at Hawaii Prince and I found out that I preferred Hilton much better than Hawaii Prince because I can get more Resort feeling at Hilton which is what I expect in Hawaii stay.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, view,
and bath room.
Pool was a little small, and rented out for private party.
Very clean, comfortable, georgous lobby, people friendly, wonderful view, windows opened on 12th
floor.

Location is excellent - close to everything in Waikiki
Elevators were very slow - maybe broken
Nice clean hotel near lots of restaurants and sites in Waikiki. Free shuttle to Waikiki shopping district is a nice touch.

Excellent staff, great views, towels and beds made you feel like home, opened the window and listened to the ocean, fast elevator.
The fridge was a little small, no free WIFI.
Overall excellent hotel, close to the beach, the malls and more quiet than the hotels at Waikiki beach.
