The Hawaii Prince Hotel is a bold achievement in architectural design. The hotel presents spectacular all-oceanfront accommodations and world-class service at one of the most desirable and convenient locations in Waikiki. The 350-foot twin tower structure is sheathed in rose-colored glass, with complimentary-toned limestone. Fine English slate and an accompaniment of other fine materials distinguish the walkways of hotel grounds. No microwave in room, no direct beach access, but close to other locations that did have access.

Excellent view of the ocean from our room. Would have been nice if the hotel had offered a continental breakfast.

No microwaves in the rooms & no shuttle after 10 pm.

Lovely view of the harbor and excellent customer service. Comfy beds and everything you could need at your finger tips. In room coffee & fridge very nice.

No good restaurants near the hotel.

Food quality in Hawaii is generally below expectation and too expensive. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect place to travel.

Other than smell everything was fine.
Smell is number one issue.

Very nice. The hotel has a bad musty odor in the lobby and some of the rooms. That was our only issue.

Beautiful view, good location, free bottled water, free shuttle service to Waikiki, beautiful marble bathrooms.
Carpet was old/dirty; could use some interior paint in rooms.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. Offers limited free bottled water, and excellent toiletries. Beautiful marble bath rooms, comfortable beds. Windows can be opened for an excellent view of the marina/ocean and downtown Honolulu. Parking $15 additional per day.

Shampoo, lobby, bathroom, pillows, and view were all excellent.
Bed was a
bit uncomfortable and sheets didnt fit the bed.

We used this hotel to be closer to the airport. It was very nice and clean. The view is beautiful and all rooms face the water which is nice. We didn't swim but our room overlooked the pool and it looked beautiful. The bathrooms are large and very nice. The pillows on the bed were very nice but the bed itself was not very comfortable and the sheets didn't fit well so they were tucked in very tight. read more

They stored our luggage for us since our flight didn't leave until late in the evening and they allowed us to freshen up prior to our departure too.

Excellent staff - rose to every occasion in a very professional, helpful, and polite manner. The cleanliness and decor of the hotel were both very pleasing to the eye and comfort levels of myself and those I traveled with. The hotel also provides a free trolley service along Waikikki beach in the afternoons and early evenings. Should I ever get the chance to return to Hawaii this would be my hotel of choice. read more
