It was clean and conveniently located next to food and shopping locations.
Hot tub was very small, beds were uncomfortable, elvators out of service.
The beds were VERY uncomfortable, our TV needed to be replaced due to faulty speakers and was still the old tube style - not a flat LCD like at other hotels we stayed in. The hot tub could, at most, accommodate 8 people. The pool had no deep area for swimming and although open at 8, no chairs or tables had been placed on the deck for the guests (still in stacks on the side). The guest elevators were constantly not working and we were asked to take the service elevators. The location was close to food and shopping services but the Hilton and Sheraton next door had many pools, lush gardens, beach/lagoon access and more in-hotel food services and stores. The only redeeming feature of the Prince was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and prompt. I would not stay here again. read more

Quiet location, free shuttle bus to central Waikiki and every room had a Marina views.
This hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were large, with a king bed an two arm chairs and a small table near the window. It was not especially modern, but it was very clean and had floor to ceiling glass windows, which opened to allow fresh air in. The staff were also very friendly.

Location and decency.
No good restaurants near the hotel.
Food quality in Hawaii is generally below expectation and too expensive. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect place to travel.

Shampoo, lobby, bathroom, pillows, and view were all excellent.
Bed was a
bit uncomfortable and sheets didnt fit the bed.
We used this hotel to be closer to the airport. It was very nice and clean. The view is beautiful and all rooms face the water which is nice. We didn't swim but our room overlooked the pool and it looked beautiful. The bathrooms are large and very nice. The pillows on the bed were very nice but the bed itself was not very comfortable and the sheets didn't fit well so they were tucked in very tight. read more

They stored our luggage for us since our flight didn't leave until late in the evening and they allowed us to freshen up prior to our departure too.
Excellent staff - rose to every occasion in a very professional, helpful, and polite manner. The cleanliness and decor of the hotel were both very pleasing to the eye and comfort levels of myself and those I traveled with. The hotel also provides a free trolley service along Waikikki beach in the afternoons and early evenings. Should I ever get the chance to return to Hawaii this would be my hotel of choice. read more
