Hawaii Prince Hotel

Beautiful, great location, friendly and a very helpful staff. Room was beautifully kept and was cleaned and smelled fresh. Over all and excellent hotel, would recommend it to everyone.

The staff are very friendly and even give you warm hand towels when you are checking in. They also gave my children little books. The room could use a little updating, but the marble bathroom was nice. The view was amazing and you could even open the window if you wanted. The valet parking was a little pricey. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Great hotel. Restaurant on the pricey side, but worth it as a vacation "once-in-awhile treat". Great service, clean, not crowded, beautiful view.

Enjoyed my stayed and would revisit again in the near future.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and entered the parkade - parking can be difficult, since there are no elevators in the parking garage so you may find yourself hauling your luggage up or down the stairs. The main lobby looks dated and had an odd aroma to it during our entire stay. Once we made it inside, we were greeted by very friendly front desk staff. They reviewed our rate and handed us our room keys. I expressed my unhappiness at the condition of the rooms, and the front desk clerk brought his manager out and both of them were very accommodating and apologetic. read more

Fantastic hotel, together with my family we liked it very much. Short waling distance to the biggest shopping mall in the city. Free shuttle bus every 30 min to the Waiiki beach. There is also another beach in front of the hotel. All rooms have a fantastic water view.
