Location was great, room was nice, and the parking was easy.
Our neighbor seemed a little loud, could hear loud voices at times.
I've stayed here before and I really like this hotel. Price was right and I would definitely stay here again.

Cheap, not too far of a walk from major attractions, friendly staff.
Parking was cheap 12 bucks a day, but the spaces were small and the rooms were uncleanly and small as well.
Ok at best. Cheap and thats what you get!

Location is close to many shops and restaurants.
Room was small and bathroom sink had very little pressure.
The room was small but was a great price for the area. Most of our time was spent outside so it didn't matter. My main complaint was the bathroom sink which had no pressure and only trickled. The location was great and had a convenient parking deck. There was also a nice breakfast/brunch restaurant downstairs that had an amazing salmon omelet.

The little restaurant in the lobby had an excellent breakfast.
I expected a double or queen size bed, but at check in was told only 2 twin size beds were available.
This joint is a no star hotel. The room was extremely small. I couldn't roll my carry-on through the door and past the furniture. A/C provided by a window unit. If you like lots of black hair on your clean towels and in the room each day after it's serviced, then this IS the place for you. The elevators and hallways smell like a wet dog. Parking is $14/day cash only. The front desk staff lacked most phone etiquette skills and would usually answer my call by picking up the phone and putting it on the desk without saying anything so I could listen to them chat with their friends for as long as I could take it. Either that or they'd pick it up and hang up. Water pressure in the room was very low, and the temperature was constantly and I do mean constantly varying from cold to scalding hot. Very difficult to shower. Location was good though, right on the edge of Waikiki. read more

The security measures helped us feel more comfortable.
Very old and worn in common areas.
The hotel met our needs for a safe and relatively clean place to stay at night for a necessary trip to the city to take care of some appointments. It wasn't a romantic getaway or other relaxing trip so it didn't really matter that the room was really basic.

Great wake up calls.
Parking, service, cleanliness.
Hotel parking is a highway robbery, room filled with ants, did not change sheets or bedding, had to beg for extra towels, did not clean bathrooms in the room on four separate occasion, did not replace or clean the coffee in the room, or clean the microwave.

Nice location close to everything.
Needs renovation.
This hotel was close to everything but age is catching up to the interior of it.
