The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was amazing!
The jacuzzi tub wasn't as clean as it should have been.

I would definitely stay here again. With the discount received through Priceline, it was well worth the price. They could do some updating of the furniture in the living room area, otherwise it was very nice!

Neat, nice. sufficient. Linens are lovely.
All rooms and common rooms halls, etc. smelled like years of smoking.

Very decent. simple, attended to basic needs. Would definitely recommend.

Game room, size of rooms, clean.
They didn't have my reservation then put me in an occupied room.

After the problems with my reservation I was given an upgraded room. Wonderful room!

The courtesy and service. Breakfast and the complimentary snacks.
Not having a car I felt a little restricted as there was no shuttle on a Sunday

As a single visitor on this occasion I found the location, staff and accommodation first class! I will be visiting my mother again from time to time and I would have no hesitation in staying at the Hawthorn Suites, Franklin again either alone or with my family. I really enjoyed my stay!

The room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel was very convenient to the highway. They were very nice at the desk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to stay in that area.
