Clean, loved the bed and free meals.
Lighting in rooms poor, TV not viewable from angles fixed to wall.
I stayed to help my daughter recover from surgery at Kaiser. It was quiet, we had parking for her car, convenient to restaurants, and the free breakfast and dinner. There was one computer to use, although printing was blocked. At times, the hot water was not too hot, and they could spring for some better TV channels, or just add a few more.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast and evening light meal were plusses to a nice stay. Considering other hotels in the area, Hawthorn Suites was a good choice and fairly economical.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was large!
The hot tub could have been cleaner.
This was a much nicer hotel. It was great for visiting Great America. They also had a terrific breakfast which had bacon and sausage!

The breakfast in morning was great.
Not much that I didn't like.
Excellent moderately priced hotel that I would recommend to anyone in a good part of town close to everything.

Perfect location for me.
They have lots of things that don't work right and never get fixed.
Guest dryer doesn't work right. I know what's wrong with it, told them and they still didn't fix. Their maintenance staff is incompetent. One of the back doors doesn't work right, they were informed of it and still doesn't work after a month.

Breakfast and dinner provided very easy.
There was nothing we didn't enjoy.
The hotel is located right off the express way and made it easy for us to get to the hospital we needed to attend for testing.

Friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Good breakfast
Hallways long & gloomy. Small parking lot would have rather stayed closer to freeway.
Nothing wrong with the hotel really. It was just not my style. The rooms looked newly remodeled and the service was nice just did not care for the set up.

Special room right next to icemaker, elevator and stairs.
The rooms available at this hotel, are not average in the hotel. High noise.

Great room. Both wired and wireless free internet access.
I liked everything about this hotel.
It is the best hotel I have found in this area for the business traveler. It is very clean and inviting, with comfortable beds. The best part is the office area in the room that features free high speed Internet access in both wired and wireless versions. For those so inclined, the indoor pool and exercise room are top notch. Another nice feature of this hotel is the full breakfast and lunch provided in the front dining area. It is a real meal with eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and not just a biscuit and a boot. read more

The price.
No housekeeping services after 9pm.
It was old and run down looking.
