I liked the separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
Concierge showed some resistance to assisting me.

Comfort of the room/suite.
Small plumbing problem, I ended up fixing sink so it would drain in bath.
This hotel is set up for families or business travelers who have to stay in a location for several days. Suites have small kitchens which makes it easy for people on special diets, and they have a great breakfast in the morning.

It was a lovely place that had just been remodeled.
I can't think of anything.
This place had a complete kitchen and the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Along with the large Jacuzzi tub, it was great for a couple's getaway.

It was like having my own aptartment with extras.
It was off the beaten path. But
I liked that.
For someone who wants a home away from home this is the perfect place. Weather with a family or alone this place gives you a home away from home.

The free breakfast.
Mean staff, wouldnt let me pay extra for a nonsmoking room.
Gave me a smoking room and wouldn't let me pay extra for a non smoking room. I couldn't sleep and finally had to go out to my car in order to sleep. You have got to do a better job reserving non smoking rooms.

The bed was comfortable.
They had problems with car break-ins that made you feel insecure. The facility was rather old and worn.
The facility was located in an industrial area. The buildings were older, worn and smelled like it had previously been a smoking facility. I did not feel secure there.

Very good free breakfast - sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, waffles - excellent!
A little far from the big city.

Easy to get to, decent breakfast.
Hotel converted from apartment town homes. Awkward layout, staff gave us keys to occupied room.
Hotel is located close enough to SeaTac Airport and would be useful as a business trip stopover. The staff were friendly enough, but not at the top of their competence. First room assigned shared a porch and nearly a front door with a partying softball team and the keys did not work. The keys were to a different room that was already occupied. The staff were kind enough to provide us with another room which had an awkward layout with a conference room downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Not a good location for eating out as there were no restaurants in walking distance. Fairly close to bus routes. read more

Free full breakfast, sausage, eggs, waffles.
Were there during softball tournament, so people were loud.
I would stay here again! They offered a free full breakfast, meats and all. They also offered a managers reception at 5 pm - 6:30 pm that was like a dinner, you had an option of 2 main courses like lasagna or stuffed peppers and sides. The staff was helpful, the rooms were new, small kitchenette, monster bathroom, had lots of space- even a fireplace! The beds were double, and my husband (over 6 feet) was a little tall for it, but he slept well considering his toes stuck out from the sheets, and he said he was comfortable! read more
