The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and accommodated my needs.
The coffee pot in my room was broken and there was none to replace it.

I would stay at this facility again. It was convenient for the traveling I was doing. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel door froze shut and had to wait 30-40 minutes for somone to come with a hair dryer to get back in. Luckily, we had a second room, we could wait in since it was -12 windchill.

The location was very good, just off the interstate.
It was dirty, dingy.

The cold air return in the room was filthy and stood out like a sore thumb. The room was dated and the AC difficult to control.

The air conditioner worked.

The room was outdated. We asked for king size bed and got a double. There were bugs on the floor. The help was rude. The price was way too high, I won't be going back.

Almost everything.
We had to wait almost two hours past, check in time to get into our room. We were not thrilled with that!

All in all, okay - let's work on the check in time thing please!

Convenient location.
Very slow check in.

During busy summer & probable during peak ski time this hotel needs more staff to check in guests. It was after midnight and I was the third person in a line of 6 trying to check in and there was only one person trying to help all of us.

Nothing.
Dump, unclean, extremely rude staff.

They overcharged me for the room. I called to complain but they told me it was my fault for not complaining at time of check-in, so I lose the money.
