Very beautiful surroundings and scenery.
Room was dirty.

Beautifully set, modern hotel with rustic charm. Incredible views and great location to everything in vicinity. Room was beautiful and spacious and and all the amenities we needed. Some issues with room cleanliness but overall a pleasant experience and decent value.

Bed comfort.
Drafty window.

Pleasant and courteous check-in staff. Good bed and bedding. Large tiles and granite bathroom with good water pressure.

The rooms were all newly renovated and had a private balcony.
Some of the restaurants did not have timely service.

Great choice, especially for the price!

Location
Hotel staff, supposed up grade, not really an upgrade at all.

Went to hotel for 25th anniversary. Selected a room with balcony and king bed paid extra for this. Was told I was "up graded when I arrived, found new room to be ground level and with 2 queen beds and it had no balcony. They informed me that it was an upgrade because it was waterfront and there was nothing they could do for me and the hotel was close to full occupancy. The room was actually built into the side of a hill under the parking lot, the walls were so thin you could here the next room talking in the bathroom, Definitely not what you would expect from a resort. read more

Room was very nice with great view and in a great location.
The cleaning people did not replace the shampoo & conditioner after cleaning the room.

Loved the hotel location! The hot tub was green so we didn't' go in. The outside pool was gorgeous!

The staff were top notch. Very professional and personal.
Restaurants menu could be a little better (more wine selections and work on main course selections).

2 couches and a few coffee tables & nice TV made for a romantic dinner in.
The hotel restaurant was expensive and the food was poor.

This was a lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms with more than just a bed - 2 couches, side tables and a nice TV set-up provided a nice lounge area. Bathroom was really nice. There is a spa attached to the hotel, which was quite nice. Great location in town. OK view, but for more $ you can get a nicer room literally on the shore of the lake. Would not recommend their hotel restaurant. read more

Great location, beautiful rooms and awesome view.
Wish the pool was larger, but it was clean.

Would stay here again for sure.
