The room was spacious.
The pool and amenities did not seem sanitary.

The staff at this hotel were fairly friendly and the room I was in, at the end of a hall, was spacious; however, it was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The pool was disgusting, and in the small exercise room, one of the five exercise machines was broken. Overall, a poor to average experience. I expected more.

Balcony and
quiet room.
Smoking room, asked for non-smoking. Awful smell, slept with the balcony door open all night.

Sushi bar in the lobby.
No where close to Old Town, couldn't walk anywhere!

Hotel was great and the Sushi bar was awesome. The only problem with this hotel is you have to take a cab everywhere.

Comfy bed.
Excessive extra fees for parking and internet.

Room was clean but nothing more special than what one would find in a good holiday inn. Charges an extra 10 bucks for a day use of internet and 25 for parking.

Close to were I needed to be.
Carpet stains, hair in the bathroom and
old furnishings.

I booked this hotel last minute for a conference in DC. Easy to get to but once I arrived in the room the carpet was stained, iron board had stains, hair in the bathroom. Room furnishings were old. The hallway carpet was dirty and discolored laundry cart was left out all night. I will never recommend this hotel and will never stay at a Hilton ever again

Friendly and helpful people.
Food left in the refrigerator from previous guest gave an unclean feeling to the room.

The hotel has a very nice lobby and restaurant/bar area with very friendly and helpful personnel. It had on-site parking (extra),internet (extra) and was convenient to I-395. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing special but had a very nice view of DC.

Atmosphere was polished.
Had to pay for parking in garage.

Parking in the garage may be a chore for older folks. Paying almost $10 a day to park was an addition we were not aware of, but it was convenient because you use your room key and it will be charged to your room. The desk staff were accommodating.

Pet Friendly.
Hotel room was not in working order when we checked in.

It was extremely convenient for us and great that it was pet friendly. Cleaning crew need to attend to details more. Our toilet didn't work, we were missing shampoo, and the main light was out in the doorway when we checked into our room. All got fixed fairly promptly. Just a hassle.
