The room size.
The tubs are very dingy.
Great hotel for the price I'm getting on Priceline. The tubs could use a major over hall and the pipes are pretty loud. But, overall its a nice hotel and meets my needs.

Spacious rooms and free shuttle to Metro.
Limited TV stations available and paying for Wi-Fi that is only 24 hours if you sign up at 12 noon.

Courteous Staff.
Air conditioner did not work, hairs in tub and dirty carpet.
Get ready to pay for everything when staying at this hotel. The air conditioner did not work so we were hot all evening...it was in the 40's outside. Their were hairs in the bathtub. But what was the most irritating was that if you wanted cable or internet you had to pay for it.

Nothing.
The worst service ever.
I asked the front disk for cart for my bags, they said I have to come and wait in the front desk for about 35 minutes in order to have one cart even a 1 star hotel have more than 2 or 3 bag cart.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
Overall shabby appearance and lack of charm. It resembled the worst Marriott hotels for business travelers.
This hotel is a B- business class experience. The restaurant is essentially an Applebees and the overall feel is 3 star and mediocre. This hotel will probably only appeal to people who are traveling on business and don't really care about anything other than getting rewards points.
