Good experience. Cleanliness and good staff.
Hotel accessibility from the parking garage minor troublesome.
Great place to stay. Perfect for the business person or for those attending a conference at George R Brown or attending a rockets game. Met my expectations well, though not the ideal leisure hotel.

I liked the location.
There was something wrong with the thermostat in my room.
Great location for travelers on business in downtown Houston or attending a convention or professional baseball game or professional basketball game.

sky walk to convention center.
The lobby areas and restaurants are very attractive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Views of the downtown area and availability of the arts district would be a real plus for the weekend get away. If you are coming to H town for a convention center event, you would be silly to stay anywhere else.

Enclosed passageway to the George R. Brown convention center. Well lighted area at night. Scenic park across the street. Very quiet.
Had to pay for parking in hotel garage. No refrigerator for medical needs. Shower head was poorly adjusted and ran water all over floor .
Excellent location to sports arena, Minute Maid park, Toyota Center, GRB convention center. Very upscale restaurants nearby. Close to freeway system. Spacious rooms. Good amenities. Pool and spa relaxing. Pool on roof with adjoining patio that overlooked the city.

Centrally located.
If you're staying for a convention next door fine. Otherwise, avoid this one.

Very modern, clean hotel with well appointed rooms and very spacious public areas.
It is a large hotel with two towers. The rooms are very nice with a large desk space, very comfortable beds and a nice, though not exceptional, bathroom. The lobby area is very large and various public areas. There is also a very inviting cocktail lounge, a cafe and a Spencer's Steak Restaurant. The health club requires a $10 daily fee if you are not a Hilton Honors Silver member or higher, but the indoor lap pool is free. read more

Location
None of the machines worked, parking lot/vending machines/room key.
Room carpet was stained, so I walked around in shoes the entire time.

Location and I had 2 rooms, 1 for kids which made things great.
Parking was too expensive.
Great hotel, plan to stay here again.
